    Les femmes au Burkina Faso sont souvent laissées à elles-mêmes. Elles ont beaucoup d’enfants, en moyenne sept par femme, qui ont besoin de manger, de se soigner et d'éducation. Afin de pouvoir s’occuper de ces taches, de nombreuses femmes font «un petit commerce» afin d’avoir des revenus.

    Les femmes à la campagne au Burkina Faso ont suffisamment de connaissances et d'idées de tels petits commerces.

    Cependant, ils manquent souvent l'argent nécessaire pour lancer le propre projet. Par conséquent, ASAP fournit un microcrédit annuel aux associations féminines dans les villages soutenus par ASAP au Burkina Faso.
