Health is an important prerequisite to be able to address other topics such as education and economic development. Rural villages of Burkina Faso often have no clean drinking water available and there is no access to medical care. Also people often have a lack of knowledge on preventive care or miss means to do so, such as hygiene or protection against malaria mosquitoes.
ASAP want people have access to safe drinking water so they can protect themselves against diseases and have access to medical care.
